Ann Rappleye, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Ann Rappleye joined Shionogi Inc., in January 2011 and in her role leads Shionogi’s Legal and Compliance activities in the US.
Prior to joining Shionogi, Ms. Rappleye was Assistant General Counsel at Ferring Pharmaceuticals Prior to Ferring, Ms. Rappleye was with Wyeth, where she held multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President, Planning and Legal Counsel to the Chairman and CEO, as well as Chief Counsel, Antitrust. In addition, Ms. Rappleye has spent time in private practice, as Counsel with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and as a Litigation Associate with Dewey Ballantine.
Ms. Rappleye holds a B.A. from Yale College and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
